Shipping Policy - Remake World

1. Processing Time

All orders placed on Remake World are processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to product availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
In case of delay or stock shortage, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.

2. Delivery Options and Times

We offer different delivery options depending on your location, with approximate delivery times as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (5 to 10 business days)

  • Express Delivery (2 to 4 business days) – when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the availability of delivery services.

3. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of order based on the destination, weight and volume of the items ordered.
Delivery charges are displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow the progress of your package. Please note that some standard shipping methods may not offer detailed tracking.

5. Delivery Zones

Remake World ships to several countries internationally. Please check the available shipping options when finalizing your order.
In the event that your destination is not covered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Package Delays and Losses

Remake World cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transportation services.
In the event of loss or significant delay, we invite you to contact our customer service so that we can investigate and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

7. Responsibility during Delivery

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Remake World declines all responsibility in case of loss, damage or delivery to an incorrect address due to user input errors.
(Each order is carefully packaged and shrink-wrapped during packing and shipping to avoid any ambiguity)

We recommend that you carefully check your delivery information before finalizing your order.

8. Receiving and Verifying Products

Upon receiving your package, we advise you to check its condition and immediately report any anomalies to the carrier and our customer service.
If the package is damaged or appears to have been opened, refuse delivery and inform us so that we can assist you with the claims process.
