Refund Policy - The Basics

1. No Reimbursement

To guarantee the quality of our products and prevent abuse, Remake World does not accept refund requests, except to be eligible under certain conditions.
However, we are committed to offering refund options if the conditions below are met ( Exchange Policy ).

2. Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your watch, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The watch must be returned in new condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Quality Control: Upon receiving your returned watch, our team will carefully inspect the product. If the watch shows any scratches, signs of wear, or other damage, it will be returned to you without the possibility of an exchange.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service by email, indicating your order number, the reason for your request, and photos of the product in its current condition.

Our team will then provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective upon receipt.
In this case, we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.

5. Exceptions to the Exchange Policy

Watches that have been adjusted, customized, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for exchange.

6. Warranties and Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Remake World is committed to repairing or replacing defective watches in accordance with the legal guarantee.
Please note that defects caused by improper handling or lack of care on the part of the customer are not covered by this warranty.

7. Non-Refundable Products

Products returned outside the exchange conditions or without prior authorization from our customer service will not be refunded or exchanged.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, as long as the shipment has not been made.

Beyond this period, the order is considered firm and non-refundable.

9. Exchange Processing Time

Exchanges are processed within 7 to 14 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned product.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the new item has been shipped.
