• If any scratches or damage are found, the watch will be returned to the customer without the possibility of exchange.
• If the watch is in perfect condition, the exchange will be granted by our team in accordance with our policy.

Once the package has been taken into the care of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delay, loss or non-delivery of the package.

It is the user's responsibility to verify the delivery information and to contact the carrier directly in case of any problems.

Any claim related to the non-receipt of a package must be addressed to the carrier.
