Due to numerous abuses, we do not accept refund requests*.

However, we offer the possibility of returning items within 14 days while respecting certain conditions.

For all returns, our team will perform a quality control check to verify that the watch has no scratches or signs of wear.

• If any scratches or damage are found, the watch will be returned to the customer without the possibility of a refund.
• If the watch is in perfect condition, the refund will be granted by our team in accordance with our policy.

Once the package has been taken into the care of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delay, loss or non-delivery of the package.

It is the user's responsibility to verify the delivery information and to contact the carrier directly in case of any problems.

Any claim related to the non-receipt of a package must be addressed to the carrier.

Remake World cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive at their destination.

This warranty protects you against any internal malfunction related to the watch movement.

We therefore recommend handling these elements with care to preserve the integrity and aesthetics of your watch.
